TECHNOZERO, Samarinda - U.S. Embassy and Microsoft bring new businesses in information technology (IT) in and around Samarinda follow iMULAI 4.0, a software innovation competition at the national level.
U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) and Microsoft will be a seminar on Thursday (5/4/2012) to assist the preparation of new businesses in the IT field. Thus, they can develop a business plan to join the competition.
Topics in this seminar is an idea for new products and services to improve the ways entrepreneurs do business. USAID Mission Director Glenn Anders hope this competition will encourage innovation and creativity.
"It is also generating new business solutions that will help the success of entrepreneurs. Entering the 4th year, has been helping entrepreneurs iMULAI consistently developed the idea and make it a reality, "he said.

This seminar will take place at 09:00 to 15:00 in the Multipurpose Room Floor 4 Kelua Mountain Campus Rector Building, University Mulawarman, Samarinda, East Kalimantan.
In addition to increasing the number of participants for the competition, this seminar also aims to help entrepreneurs develop skills that can help grow their business.
Seminar iMULAI 4.0 is one of four seminars organized by the USAID and Microsoft's big cities in Indonesia.
IMULAI competition which runs from March 8 to May 7 will select ten winners will receive prizes from Microsoft software worth U.S. $ 300 thousand.
The winners also get a chance to participate in specialized training (boot camp) business planning and presenting their innovative products to a group of venture capital companies locally and globally.
